Everyone has a comfort zone and women especially tend to know where the boundaries lie. We often don’t make a move until we have analysed a situation and come to a conclusion, but sometimes, we are what gets in our own way.
At the March Digital Women’s Group (DWG), Melinda and guest, Linda Scott, CEO of West Lothian Chamber of Commerce, will talk about expanding your comfort zone and give seven tips for success. Two of our alumni will also join us discussing their experience and how they have expanded their comfort zones.
Life experience will teach us certain ways of acting or behaving, but have you considered what might be possible if you think outside of your virtual box? What could you achieve?
Melinda recently completed a 100km hike in the Sahara Desert for charity. It turned into 100 miles… This is the inspiration behind the March DWG event.
Understanding ourselves is the first step to progressing through life, with meaning. The rest is a combination of physical and mental conditions, which we set ourselves.
