Scottish Minister helps CodeClan Highlands open for business

CodeClan with minister Kate Forbes

CodeClan officially opened our new Highlands Campus at the WASPS Creative Academy in Inverness on April 25th, with Kate Forbes MSP, Scotland’s Minister for Public Finance and the Digital Economy, and a wide range of companies from across the whole of the highlands region.

The team took the visitors through our amazing new space, and then explained how the CodeClan programme works. From daily standups, to team projects, industry talks and integrated wellness and self-care, we focus on creating talented, well-rounded, job-ready graduates, for every business.

Interest in our Full-Stack Web Development course, created specifically for the highlands, has been high, but a few spaces remain for students wishing to change their careers, or employees who would benefit from a new skill set.

For more information visit our Highlands Academy page on the CodeClan website.

CodeClan’s Highlands academy is supported by Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) led Northern Innovation Hub, which is funded through the Inverness and Highlands City-Region deal.
